Resources and guidance to maintain or improve health and wellness, so we can all lead our fullest lives possible at any age. Programs include Group Classes, Active Older Adults, Aerobics, Personal Training, Adult Swim programs, etc.





Personal Wellness

Personal Training or Sport Specific Personal Training One-on-one sessions of personal training for those taking their workout to the next level or Sport Specific Training (13 years and up) for the athlete. For an appointment(s) contact the Wellness Director at 419-422-4424.


Sports & Recreation

Healthy lifestyle activities that bring together people with shared athletic and recreational interests, because the rewards of teamwork, friendly competition and exercise are life-long. Programs include Martial Arts, Racquetball, Tennis, Basketball.


Group Interest

Social networks and activities that bring together people who share common passions and personal interests.
Programs include Bridge play and Lessons, Knitting & Quilting, Road Trips, etc.
