*All children under the age of 7 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the building.
*Jr. Youth: Age 7-12 yrs
*Sr. Youth: Age 13 yrs and older, still in high school
*Full-time College Students: 17-25 yrs & taking 12 semester hours or more (must show proof & College ID).
*Single Parent: (Widowed, divorced or one parent household): Includes all children for which parent is legally responsible under 19 yrs and full-time high school students or full-time college students (18-25 yrs).
*Family: Legally married adults and all dependent children living in the household, providing the dependents are under 26 and attending high school or college on a full time basis. Foster parents and/or legal guardians caring for children in place of their parents will be considered parents for the purposes of this membership.
*Forever Active Adult & Family Membership: Age 60 & older-includes all wellness water classes at no cost.
*Fitness Equipment Investment Fee: All monies collected will be used to continuiously invest and update wellness equipment at our Downtown and East Branches. This fee is a one time fee as long your membership remains current and in good standing. Those expiring after 30 days will be considered new Y members.
**Bank Draft, MasterCard, VISA or Discover:: An Annual Membership with the convenience of paying with an automatic monthly withdrawal from your savings account, checking account or credit card (MasterCard or VISA).
***Forever Active Adult & Family Memberships: Age 60 and up – includes all wellness classes at no cost.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Annual and Quarterly Memberships:
Members who join the Findlay Y and pay in full for an annual or a quarterly membership, understand that these membership types are non refundable.
YMCA Members from other YMCAs
Just bring your YMCA Membership card and you can use the Findlay YMCA at no charge with the AWAY (Always Welcome At Y’s) program. Limits may apply.
Guest Fees Non YMCA Members (Maximum of 3 per calendar year)
- $5 for Youth
- $7 for College Students
- $10 for Adults
- $20 for Families
Maximum of 3 guest fees may be applied toward a membership if purchased within 30 days.
All youth must show photo ID or be accompanied by a parent.
