YABSS

YABSS, formerly known as FABSS, is a crucial program that provides before and after school childcare for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Its transfer to the Findlay YMCA demonstrates a commitment to continued support for working families in the community. The Findlay YMCA recognizes the importance of bridging the gap left by the loss of FABSS and is dedicated to ensuring that children have a safe and nurturing environment to learn and grow. 

YABSS will be located at the Intermediate School locations: Chamberlin Hill, Bigelow Hill, and Wilson Vance. Findlay City Schools will continue to provide bussing to the primary schools in connection to that Intermediate school: Chamberlin Hill to Jefferson, Bigelow Hill to Northview, and Wilson Vance to Whittier. Findlay City Schools will also provide bussing from the Downtown Branch YMCA to Whittier/Wilson Vance throughout the school year.

School Day Out Camps are included in the cost of YABSS participants who are enrolled in Before and After School. YABSS families will have first priority for School Day Out Camps.

Please use the links below to access your school's registration packet. Registration packets must be PRINTED and turned in to the YMCA Child Development Center located at 231 East Lincoln Street between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm Monday-Friday. If you do not have access to a printer, packets will be available at the YMCA Child Development Center.
